Your name, email, and (if you provide it) phone number and home location. If you book or offer a service, we also collect payment details (handled by Stripe, not stored on our servers) and the details of each request — category, timing, and location shared during a job.
To operate your account, match you with nearby providers or customers, process payments, and send you alerts about requests (push notifications and, if you've added a number, text messages).
For as long as your account is active. You can request a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from your Profile.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Data export and account deletion are available directly from your Profile page.
